A man will appear in court in connection with the death last year of a 26 year old man in an Ashford road traffic collision.
Junel Miah, 27, of Magazine Road, will appear at Folkestone Magistrates' Court on 19 May.
He's charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing death while driving without insurance.
A Toyota Celica and a Volkswagon Golf were involved in a collision on Somerset Road at about 11pm on Monday 30 September.
Danyl Ponsford of Ashford, who was driving the Toyota, was declared dead at the scene.
A second man has been summonsed to court for driving without insurance.
