Man dies in M40 crash

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a single vehicle road traffic collision, reported at 10.25am on the M40, today.

A black Jaguar S-type travelling on the M40 between junction 12 to 11, left the southbound carriageway to the nearside, going up the embankment and overturning.

The driver, a 61-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two other occupants, a 32-year old man and a girl, aged 7, were taken to the Horton General Hospital with minor injuries and have since been discharged.
