A Wiltshire man has tonight been charged with murder and attempted murder. 28-year-old Jason Voong, from Swindon, is accused of murdering 60-year-old Tom Rogers in an underpass in the town last Thursday.
He's also charged with the attempted murder of Leanne James - in the same area - back in May. He's been remanded in custody.
