The former manager of a Hampshire fruit packing business is due back in court today over the deaths of two workers.
Andrew Stocker was charged with gross negligence manslaughter following the death of 24 year-old Ashley Clarke and 23 year-old Scott Cain.
The men collapsed after entering an apple store in the Blackmoor estate - cooled by nitrogen.
