M25 road-rage killer Kenneth Noye could be moved to an open prison - following a parole board recommendation.
Noye - now 68 - murdered Stephen Cameron on a roundabout above the motorway, in Kent, in 1996. He was sentenced to life imprisonment with a recommendation that he served a minimum of 16 years.
Stephen Cameron's parents Ken and Toni say they're devastated at today's news - and that Noye should never leave prison.
