Four charged with conspiracy to murder man

Four men have been charged in connection with the death of a man in Gravesend almost 16 years ago.

Leonard Naylor died after suffering multiple gunshot wounds on his driveway in Bracondale Avenue in April 2001.

51 year old Robert Blackwell, of Atlas Road in Plaistow, London and 52 year old Kane Ward, of Boyd Close in Upminster, Essex have been charged with conspiracy to murder.

51 year old David Carvel, of Plains Farm Close in Colchester, Essex and 43 year old Terence Barry, of no fixed address have also been charged with conspiracy to murder.

Police are continuing to review the case.
