A lorry driver has been sentenced to four and a half years in jail for causing a crash which killed a young woman because he was distracted and using his mobile phone.

Polish national Dariusz Tokarczyk was driving on the southbound carriageway of the A34 at Chieveley near Newbury in Berkshire in March 2016 when he smashed into the back of a broken down car. The driver 21-year-old Jodie Moss was sitting in the car and died instantly.
