A serial shoplifter who police say had "no remorse" has been jailed.
Ben Laker, 24, stole jewellery from a shop in Folkestone's Old High Street in in the early hours of Thursday 1st December last year, smashing a window to get in.
Laker was arrested when blood found on the inside of the window matched his DNA.
He pleaded guilty to one count of burglary, and six counts of shoplifting, carried out in Folkestone between Wednesday 4 January and Friday 27 January 2017.
He also admitted to breaching a suspended sentence twice for other thefts.
Laker was sentenced to a total of 630 days in prison.
