A man in his 90s has died following a blaze at his house in Charing Hill, Kent.
Emergency services were called just before 4pm on Saturday afternoon and rescued the man, but when crews carried out CPR they were unable to revive him.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, his next of kin have been informed.

All other residents in the complex of flats were safely evacuated.
Fire crews wore breathing apparatus to contain the fire which broke out in the open plan living space of the first floor flat.
The construction of the flats helped to keep the fire contained to the flat where the fire started.
An investigation into cause of the fire is underway.
