Inquest into Shoreham disaster will be held in September 2018

The inquest into the Shoreham air disaster won't be held until September next year - that's more than three years since the crash that claimed the lives of eleven local men.

Sussex Police announced today that their investigation into how the vintage Hawker Hunter jet came to crash onto the busy A 27 road is now 95 per cent complete.

Meanwhile families of the victims have called for a "full, frank and fearless investigation" into the deaths of their loved ones. Malcolm Shaw reports from today's pre-inquest hearing.
