A father from Hampshire is calling for a change in the law after he was denied a seat on an aeroplane - and missed his son's graduation ceremony.

David Podger paid almost 150 pounds for his Eastern Airways flight from Southampton to Leeds, only to be told after check-in that the flight was full.

And David's not alone. Earlier this month, EasyJet apologised when a 15-year-old schoolboy from Worthing - travelling alone - was removed from a flight at Gatwick.

It's estimated around 50 thousand passengers are bumped-off flights every year - and it's legal. Chloe Oliver reports:
