Champion synchronised swimmers prove age is just a number

A pair of synchronised swimmers have defied the odds and the march of time, by winning bronze medals in the World Masters Championships, at the ages of 58 and 59.

Andrea Holland and Carolyn MacDonald last performed togther back in 1979 when they were ranked in the top four in the World.

They originally came out of retirement when Andrea wanted to raise money for cancer research, but the pair haven't looked back since.

Cary Johnston has been to the Swimarium in Bracknell to see them in training.
