Weight loss surgery 'can lead to stigma'

New research has found patients who have weight loss surgery are reluctant to tell people because of the stigma of being labelled 'cheats'.

Dr Yitka Graham spoke to 18 patients at the UK's busiest NHS bariatric surgical unit, with some saying they felt guilt at the cost of their operation. Our reporter Kris Jepson met one of the patients who took part.
