Motorbikes and 'scramblers' are being ridden illegally in Havant.

Police say the bikes are being ridden dangerously and illegally on roads, endangering local residents and causing them distress and intimidation.

Recent incidents include a man being verbally abused and shot at with a BB gun by riders at 8.20pm on Wednesday, 1 November.

In another incident on Tuesday 31 October, motorcycles were being ridden through the shopping areas and riders were seen to let off fireworks.

Op Herd was set up to tackle this anti-social problem and police say need the public’s help to identify the people riding the motorcycles.
