Manchester City footballer Courtney Meppen-Walter has been released on bail after being arrested over the deaths of a brother and sister in a road crash, police said.
Brother and sister killed in collision named
A brother and sister killed in a collision in Manchester have been identified as Kulwant Singh, 32, and his sister Ravel-Kaur Singh, who was 37.
The Manchester City starlet Courtney Meppen-Walter, 18, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Ravel-Kaur's two sons both remain in hospital. The 16-year-old boy has a head injury that is not believed to be life-threatening. But the 17-year-old boy is in a critical condition with a serious head injury.

Police: 'This is an absolute tragedy'
Superintendent Neil Bhole, of Greater Manchester Police, is leading the investigation into the crash and is appealing for witnesses.

Meppen-Walter drove 'low-powered' Mercedes in crash
Sources said that Manchester City defender Courtney Meppen-Walter, born in Bury, Greater Manchester, was driving a "low-powered" Mercedes during the crash.
He joined Man City in July 2010, according to the club's website.
It also said the youth-team player has been a regular in the England under-17 side.
Man City offers 'heartfelt condolences' after crash
At about 10.15pm on Saturday police were called to Bury New Road at its junction with Sherborne Street after reports of a crash.
Police officers went to the scene, where the 32-year-old man and 37-year-old woman died but the teenagers were taken to Hope Hospital, where they are being treated.

Two people killed in car crash
Two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after two people died and another two seriously injured in a collision in north Manchester.
The driver of a Micra, a 32-year-old man, and the front seat passenger, a 37-year-old woman, were pronounced dead at the scene. Two teenager passengers, believed to be a 15 and 16-years-old both remain in Hope Hospital with serious head injuries.
The driver of the Mercedes, an 18-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. A second man, aged 19 who was driving a grey Volkswagen Golf, was also arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
