The plane carrying the bodies of army medic Corporal Channing Day and Royal Marine Corporal David O'Connor, of 40 Commando, who were both killed in Afghanistan, has landed at RAF Brize Norton Oxfordshire.

The bodies of an Army medic and a Royal Marine killed on duty in Afghanistan will be repatriated to the UK later today.
Corporal Channing Day, who served with the 3 Medical Regiment, died alongside Corporal David O'Connor, of 40 Commando, after being injured on patrol with C Company in the Nahr-e Saraj district of Helmand Province last Wednesday October 24.
Their coffins will be flown into RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire
