Four people, including the Sun's royal editor Duncan Larcombe, have been charged following investigations by Operation Elveden - an investigation into alleged illegal payments to public officials.

John Hardy from Sandhurst, his wife Clare, and Tracy Bell, a Ministry of Defence employee, have also been charged.
