Tom Ousby, who is widely reported to have died after falling from a hotel in Spain, was an aspiring model and musician from London.

A YouTube video of him playing drums to Taylor Swift's song 22 has been watched more than 9,000 times.

Tributes have meanwhile flooded on to Twitter, including a picture of his name spelled out in tea-light candles.

His reported death came days after he apparently planned to return to the UK, tweeting: "Magas all good, coming home sometime this week tho."

A British teenager has died after falling from the ninth floor of a hotel on the party resort of Magaluf in Mallorca, the Sunday Mirror has reported.

Thomas Ousby, 19, is believed to have plunged to his death from the fire escape at the Atlantic Park hotel. A spokesman for the hotel refused to comment.

A Foreign Office spokeswoman said: "We were notified on August 3 of the death of a British national in Spain and are providing consular assistance to the family at this time."
