A 10-year-old boy arrested in connection with the death of a 79-year-old man in Leeds yesterday has been released on bail.
A post mortem confirmed that a head injury suffered by the elderly man was not the cause of his death, police said.
Abul Hasan, who lives next door to Mr Hepworth, a former hospital porter, said he did not see what happened but tried to help his stricken neighbour.
