At least two people have been shot at a US naval base in Millington, Tennessee according to media reports. The shooter is in custody.

Man arrested after two injured in US Navy shooting

A US military official has said three National Guardsmen got into a fight at a National Guard Armory in Tennessee and the argument ended in gunfire.

The men began to fight and one pulled a gun, shooting one Guardsmen in the foot and the other in the leg. Neither is a life-threatening injury, the official said. The alleged gunman was arrested by local and Navy police and he remains in custody.

US Naval base on lock down after shooting

At least two people have been shot at a US naval base in Millington, Tennessee according to media reports.

It is understood that emergency crews are have responded to an incident at the base's Army National Guard recruiting center.

Multiple ambulances are on the scene and a shelter in place order has been given on the base.
