Two men charged over fatal collision with hen party on M62

Police investigating the fatal crash on the M62 involving a minibus carrying a hen party in April have charged two men with causing death by dangerous driving. 18-year-old Bethany Jones died in the incident.

Two men charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a crash on the M62 in April last year have been bailed to appear before Wakefield Magistrates' Court on January 20.

James Johnson and Kevin Ollerhead were charged with the offence this afternoon.

Police investigating the fatal crash on the M62 in April 2013 have today charged two men with causing death by dangerous driving.

James Johnson, 62, of Wyke, Bradford and Kevin Ollerhead ,44, from St Helens in Merseyside have both been charged following the fatal collision on April 26 last year which resulted in the death of 18 year-old Bethany Jones from South Elmsall, Wakefield.
