Veteran DJ Dave Lee Travis said the "nightmare is continuing" after a court heard he is to be charged with a further count of indecent assault.
Prosecutor Miranda Moore QC told Southwark Crown Court today that Travis is due to be charged with a further count of indecent assault.
As he left the court, he told reporters that when he last appeared before them he said the case had "been a bit of a nightmare" for him.
Travis added: "The only thing I want to say on this is, the nightmare is continuing".
DJ Dave Lee Travis is due to be charged on a further count of indecent assault and he is expected to face a trial on that count along with two outstanding charges.
Travis was found not guilty of 12 indecent assault charges in a previous court hearing.
However, the jury were not able to agree on a charge of alleged indecent assault against a woman in the early 1990s along with an alleged sexual assault in 2008.
