Police looking to interview former Premiership footballer Nile Ranger in connection with an alleged assault on a woman have appealed for the female captured with him on CCTV to come forward.
Video of the alleged incident appears to show a woman being punched by the 6ft 2in footballer outside an apartment block in Swindon at around 4am on April 13.
The 23-year-old also faces questioning in connection with criminal damage caused to a lift door, wall and a glass panel which was smashed at the property, causing in "the region of £2,000" worth of damage Wiltshire police said.

The ex-Newcastle United striker - who now plays for Swindon Town in League One - has been reported to police by both a building management company and the Sunday Mirror, which reported that it had been given CCTV footage of the alleged incident, taken by a camera outside the flats.
It allegedly shows the 23-year-old footballer punching a woman and trying to repeatedly barge and kick the door to the flats in Gordon Gardens, Swindon, Wiltshire on April 13.
