John Ray goes is given a sneak preview of what China has in store for this summer's Olympic Games as he steps inside Beijing National Stadium dubbed the 'Bird's Nest'.
The stadium will host the main track and field competitions for the 2008 Summer Olympics, as well as the opening and closing ceremonies.
In the building's construction 42,000 tonnes of steel was used and at the peak of activity, 7,000 labourers were working on the site.
Yet despite the best efforts of the Chinese, heavy pollution still remains a problem.
