'Boring' Brits fail to entertain Robbie Williams

Robbie Williams has released an expletive-ridden track attacking this year’s “boring” Brit Awards.

The 17-time Brit Award winner raps, "Well that Brits night was so f****** boring", before recalling some of the wilder antics at the event when he was younger - taking drugs, challenging Liam Gallagher to a fight and having sex with "a few female stars or two".

The former Take That star posted the track, titled "THE BRITS 2013", on his website, telling fans, "Here's a gift from me and Guy - we wrote it on Saturday, recorded it on Sunday".

"Guy" is Guy Chambers, his long-running song-writing partner who he has patched up differences with and the pair are now working on new material.

But he warns them it is not suitable for younger listeners. "If you have kids in the room, don't play it," he wrote.

Williams performed his No. 1 hit Candy at last week's event at the O2 Arena, which many critics labelled as bland and uneventful.

One Direction 'blown away' by Global Success Award

One Direction say they're "blown away" after winning the inaugural Brit Award for global success. It's in recognition of their huge international sales.

Speaking after this year's awards at London's O2 Arena, singer Harry Styles said the award was "crazy". The band also revealed details of an upcoming 'access all areas' film.

Emeli Sande, Ben Howard and all the night's big winners here.
