Oscar Pistorius' brother is now "out of danger" following a car crash on Friday night, the Associated Press reported.
Carl Pistorius was in a serious condition after a head-on collision in northern South Africa but has now been transferred to a hospital in the capital, Pretoria.
He is said to have suffered broken bones as well as a hip injury and lacerations to his liver and heart.
Carl Pistorius, Oscar's brother, faces culpable homicide charges, it has emerged. He is expected to stand trial in connection with the death of a woman in a car crash in 2010.

Carl Pistorius appeared in court the day before his brother Oscar’sjudgement on the bail hearing last week and is due to appear again at the endof March, the Pistorius family lawyer has confirmed.
The brother of Oscar Pistorius, Carl Pistorius, made no comment about his own impending trial today, as he arrived at the family home.
Carl's trial is expected next month, it emerged today. He faces culpable homicide charges in connection with the death of a woman in a car crash in 2010.
South African news channel eNCA is reporting that Carl Pistorius, brother of Oscar Pistorius, is due to stand trial in a separate case involving the death of a female biker.
