Actress Sienna Miller has confirmed at the phone-hacking trial that she left a voicemail message for James Bond star Daniel Craig ending "I love you," but said it has been misinterpreted.
The message was allegedly intercepted by the News of the World to source a story run by the Sunday tabloid that the two stars were having an affair at a time when she was with Jude Law.
The message said: "Hi. It's me. Can't speak. I'm at the Groucho with Jude. I love you."
But speaking via videolink from New Orleans in the US, Miller told the Old Bailey that her voicemail to Craig was not an "important declaration of love" and denied it meant she was in a relationship with the actor.
"The thing that's been slightly misconstrued about this voicemail message is the fact that I said I love you and that this was some incredibly important declaration of love," she told Court 12. "I've always ended my phone calls to Daniel saying 'I love you'."
Ms Miller, though, confirmed to the court that she and Craig had had a "brief encounter" and the story emerged "at a time when we had been briefly involved".
Jude Law said he had never known that anyone in his family had been paid for information but had become aware recently that someone had been approached by the News of the World.
He also accepted that his publicist had frequently talked to reporters at the newspaper but could not be specific about this story.
"There were so many stories," he said, adding: "I seemed to have a publicist on speed dial so I could keep up with what was being written."
The names of the relative, the publicist and a former employee who it was suggested had also given information, were not revealed in court.
Instead, two pieces of folded paper with the names on were handed to Mr Law.
He acknowledged the names, which the court was told were being withheld because of the need to protect the identity of sources.
Olympic parachutist Mark Sutton's reportedly fatal accident is understood to have happened on the first day of a three-day wingsuit event near Martigny, in the Valais canton, near the French border.
Mr Sutton had been very experienced in using the special jump suits, which increase the surface area of the body and act like a parachute wing, allowing users to glide through the air at high speeds.
A video on Mr Sutton's YouTube account shows him in several wingsuit flights, including this one near Riva del Garda in northern Italy in August last year, which he introduces with a reference to Team GB:

Before the nominations are even announced William Hill has put odds of 66/1 on the latest Bond film to win the Best Picture Award for the first time in its 50 year history.
Spokesman Rupert Adams said, “Bond is the longest running movie franchise in history and Skyfall the most successful in that 23 film series, you have to think it has a chance of delivering the big one."
But despite optimism about Skyfall's chances it is still trailing Stephen Spielberg's Lincoln - 10/11, Les Miserables - 9/4 , and Life of Pi - 20/1. The British spy lags with odds of 66/1.
