American pop star Katy Perry has been named as Woman Of The Year at the 2014 Elle Style Awards.
The singer, who is known for her hits like 'I kissed a girl' and 'Roar', was presented her award by pop princess Kylie Minogue.
The 29-year-old is known for her campaign work for gay rights and her support of same-sex marriage.
Other guests who were honoured at the awards ceremony in London included Harry Potter star Emma Watson who was awarded Actress Of The Year, and Tom Hiddleston who picked up the gong for Man Of The Year.

She also said that Brand, 38, was not comfortable with the singer being his equal.
"I think a lot of times strong men do want an equal, but then they get that equal and they're, like, I can't handle the equalness. He didn't like the atmosphere of me being the boss on tour".
"So that was really hurtful, and it was very controlling, which was upsetting. I felt a lot of responsibility for it ending, but then I found out the real truth, which I can't necessarily disclose", she added.
