Hull City's Huddlestone appeal rejected by FA

The Football Association have rejected Hull City's appeal against the red card shown to midfielder Tom Huddlestone against Everton.

Huddlestone was dismissed by referee Paul Tierney for a late tackle on Everton midfielder Idrissa Gueye, and will serve a three-match ban.

The 30-year-old will now miss the Tigers' games against West Ham, Middlesbrough and Manchester City.

Huddlestone haircut raises £36,000 for cancer charity

Hull midfielder Tom Huddlestone has completed a long-awaited haircut after scoring against Fulham last Saturday.

The 27-year-old had grown an impressive afro since pledging not to cut it until ending his drought, which stretches back to April 2011.
