Spice Girl-turned-fashionista Victoria Beckham celebrates her 40th birthday today.
Beyonce, Victoria Beckham and Jennifer Garner are fronting a campaign to ban the word "bossy" from being used to describe women.

When asked if he admired her designs, he said: "She's a fashion designer but it's another... it's different."
He added: "John Galliano is a designer... Alexander McQueen."
Dolce described them as "professional" designers, adding: "Victoria Beckham, Zara, H&M...there's a lot."
Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham said she loved living in the US because it is “more accepting of successful women”.
The singer-turned-designer is now back in the UK after launching her successful fashion collection in Beverly Hills.
Beckham, formerly Posh Spice, told Allure magazine: "Living in America for six years was the happiest I think I've ever been. It was much more accepting for a woman to have a career, as well as a man. And I loved it."
The 39-year-old mother of four, who is about to open her first store in London, insisted: "I'm not saying I'm not happy now. I'm just as happy now."
Victoria Beckham has shared a first look at an upcoming documentary charting her journey from Spice Girl to acclaimed fashion designer.
The film, entitled Five Years - The Victoria Beckham Fashion Story, includes behind-the-scenes footage of the designer at work.
In the trailer, Victoria says: “I always dreamed of designing a collection, it was always my passion.
"I was a Spice Girl, married to a footballer, I was trying to do something that no one had really done before,” she adds.

The gold and diamond tiara Victoria Beckham wore on her wedding day has failed to sell at auction.
The coronet-style headpiece had been expected to fetch between £18,000 and £25,000 at the Bonhams sale in central London today.
However, the "fairytale" piece failed to reach the undisclosed reserve price, with the highest bid being £14,000.
