Friends of a young mother killed in a horror crash in County Durham say she will always be remembered with a smile. Natalie Jade Simpson died alongside her daughter, Destiny Reed and her partner's grandfather Robert Reid. They were in a car that was in collision with a lorry last Wednesday.
Today her friends gathered to pay tribute to her. Among them Jasmine Hepworth, who grew up with Natalie, went to school with her, lived on the same street and who this time last week was planning a long-overdue get-together.
Now Jasmine and close friend David Crowe are planning a re-union of their old friends. They say the tragedy has made them realise how fragile life is and they are hoping to get together as many people as possible who knew Natalie to remember her.
