A team of athletes from the Carribean island of Grenada has arrived in Sunderland ahead of the Olympics.
The group, which is small in number, chose the North East as its base because of the facilities on offer at the newly-refurbished University of Sunderland.
They arrived in the region last week and will stay here for two weeks before heading to another pre-tournament training camp in Crawley.
But while there are no complaints about the facilities on offer and the North East welcome, the contingent are all agreed on one thing they don't like much, the weather!
