The family of a Northumberland cyclist, who was killed on her way to work, say the legal system is failing to protect vulnerable road users.

Now the driver is starting a prison sentence after knocking down a pedestrian.

Eilidh's sister says she is frustrated the driver was able to keep his licence after her death.
