More flooding possible

The North East is facing the risk of more flooding from a second storm in forty-eight hours. At least 140 homes were affected by the weekend rain but one council said the final figure could be up to 300. Water pumps and street cleaners were sent out this morning but by mid-afternoon the rain returned.
