Heart girl wins Transplant Games cup
An eight year old girl from Cramlington in Northumberland has won the trophy for The Best Newly Transplanted Athlete at the British Transplant Games.
Rachel Hooley received her new heart seven months ago at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle. More than 200 children's heart transplants have been carried out at the unit in the past 25 years.
