Competition: League One
Venue: Victoria Park
Kick-off: Sat 13 Oct, 3pm
Hartlepool United will be aiming to the bring an end to a poor run of form when they host Doncaster Rovers this weekend.
Pools have won just one game so far this season - a 2-0 victory over Scunthorpe on September 1. It's a record that has left them second from bottom in the League One table.
The latest defeat came at the hands of League Two side Bradford City in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy at Victoria Park, on Tuesday. The match went to penalties after neither team could find the breakthrough, and the home side were beaten 3-2 in the shootout.
Coach Neale Cooper has admitted he's beginning to feel the pressure. He said: "Personally I'm hurting at the moment. Mentally I'm tired, because we're trying our utmost to turn things around.
"You need a bit of luck at times, and we're just not getting anything at the moment.
"It's hard to be in this position. But at this moment in time, whatever the outcome, we have to fight our way out from the position we are. To do that, we have to start winning games."
Striker Steve Howard and midfielder Paul Murray could return to Pools' starting line-up after missing the midweek defeat to Bradford. However, Andy Monkhouse is expected to be out for four to six weeks after suffering ankle ligament damage in last weekend's 2-1 loss at Crewe.
