An iconic building on Teesside has been reduced to a pile of rubble just weeks after demolition work began.
The former ICI headquarters in Billingham has become a target for vandals over the past decade after the company moved out.
After years of legal wrangling with the current owners of the site, Bizzy B Management, Stockton Council finally won an appeal to knock it down.
Work started last month and as these pictures show, it is well underway.
The site should be cleared by the end of the year. The council says it is delighted with the progress and it continues to chase Bizzy B for the costs.
Earlier this year, Richard Poundford, the Council's Head of Regeneration and Economic Development, said:

"We are pleased to finally be ridding Billingham of this eyesore, much to the relief of local residents.
The legal wrangling has taken far longer than we ever expected as the owners lodged legal challenge after legal challenge. Now I'm looking forward to the day when the site can ultimately be redeveloped to the benefit of the local community."
