Appeal to help find missing man from York
Police in York are appealing for the public to help their search for a missing man.
49-year-old Jeremy Malarkey, of Lancaster Way in Clifton, was reported missing by his son-in-law on the evening of Tuesday January 8th. He was last seen at his home address on the morning of that day.
Mr Malarkey is:
- White
- Around 6 feet 2 inches tall
- Stocky build
- Green eyes
- Grey shaved hair
- Has the letter 'J' tattooed on his right arm
He is believed to be wearing dark blue denim jeans with a grey coat which has two pockets on the front at the time of his disappearance.
Officers are growing concerned for Mr Malarkey’s welfare due to health issues and the length of time since he was last seen.
– Inspector Dave Hall, York police“I am appealing for people in and around York to be alert and let us know if they see anyone matching the description of Mr Malarkey as soon as possible.
His family and the police are obviously concerned for his safety and we need to establish where he is as quickly as we can.
I am also appealing to Mr Malarkey himself to get in touch if he sees this appeal and let us and his family know that he is ok.”
