Former Prime Minister Tony Blair has been celebrating the sixth anniversary of his sports foundation.
Mr Blair visited Newcastle Cricket Centre in Gosforth, Newcastle, to mark the occasion.
The Tony Blair Foundation has thrived, helping more than 120 young coaches through funding and introducing sport to children of all ages.
The aim for the future is to build on the present success of the Foundation, with the help of coaches like Gavin Wright.
Many of the youngsters enjoying the benefits of the Foundation are hoping to make a career in cricket - and England could probably do with that after the result of the first Ashes Test.
Cricket coach Jo Herbertson reckons she knows the key to success.
And gaining confidence on the sports field brings other benefits as well, or so reckons aspiring kick boxer Joe Thompson.
Now the Foundation plans to expand, to help more youngsters excel at a greater variety of sports.
