The mother of a student from Teesside who went missing last week in the Lake District has made an emotional appeal for any information.
Matthew Jordan, 20, went missing almost a week ago, after getting separated from friends in Bowness on Windermere.
His mother Claire said no matter how long it takes, she will not stop looking for her son.
Matthew was last seen outside the Hole in the Wall pub in Bowness around 1am on Thursday March 27.
He had money with him but his mobile phone battery had gone flat.
His mother said he went into 'establishments' asking for someone to call him a taxi and then for a place to stay. Both requests were refused.
Police have given the following description of Matthew:
- Height - 6ft tall
- Medium build
- Dark brown hair
- He was wearing a blue checked shirt and light blue jeans with boots
Anyone with information should contact Cumbria Police on 101.
