The Last Post and Australian and New Zealand national anthems have been played at a ceremony to remember ten airmen who lost their lives during World War II. The men, from Australia and New Zealand, had volunteered to come to the UK and join the RAF and were based in Northumberland.

The ceremony took place at Chevington Ceremony in Northumberland where the men are buried. It's held every year on the Sunday nearest to Anzac Day, April 25th, the national day of remembrance to honour the members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC).
