During the emotion ceremony Chloe's dad, Mark Rutherford, thanked everyone who attended the ceremony.

I'd like to thank everybody who is here this morning and family and friends and people who don't even know us, who've just been absolutely amazing for us since this happened. As everybody knows it's four months to the day. It's totally heartbreaking, so thank you to everybody.

Both families have spoken before of their gratitude to the community for their support when a joint funeral was held for Chloe and Liam on 15 June 2017.
