A memorial bench to remember Chloe Rutherford and Liam Curry has been unveiled outside South Shields Town Hall.
It marks exactly four months since 17-year-old Chloe and 19-year-old Liam were killed in the Manchester bomb attack.
During the emotion ceremony Chloe's dad, Mark Rutherford, thanked everyone who attended the ceremony.
The bench, designed and made by Dave Filcher of John Nicol Fabrications, features the Marsden Cricket Club emblem signifying Liam's connection to the club and a piano player, to represent Chloe's love of music.
Both families have spoken before of their gratitude to the community for their support when a joint funeral was held for Chloe and Liam on 15 June 2017.
In a statement they thanked 'everyone' from the town who had helped 'send Liam and Chloe on their way to a new chapter.'
