Police have arrested seven suspected members of an organised crime gang that was believed to be supplying cocaine in the North East.
Cleveland Police, along with officers in Durham and Merseyside, raided several properties in Redcar & Cleveland, County Durham, and Liverpool this morning
Two men, aged 30 and 66, have been arrested in the Grangetown area of Redcar & Cleveland. One was detained in Seaham, County Durham, and a further four people were arrested in Liverpool.
All were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
