The Prince of Wales is visiting Warkworth, Amble, Red Row, Boulmer and Alnwick as part of a two-day visit to the North East.

HRH The Prince of Wales is in Northumberland. The Prince arrived at Alnmouth station on Monday and will end his visit at Alnwick.

Prince Charles arrived in Northumberland in style. He pulled into Alnmouth station on board the modern-day steam locomotive Tornado, which was built in Darlington, County Durham.
The Prince was greeted by the Duchess of Northumberland and a crowd of well-wishers before beginning his engagements.

Prince Charles meets crowds at Auckland Castle
by Sarah KellyThe Prince of Wales delighted crowds waiting to greet him at Auckland Castle. He took time to talk to local scouts and brownies and residents of a local residential home. Many of those who met him said how nice it was to see him in Bishop Auckland.
He will have a guided tour of the castle and see the Zurbaran paintings before heading to Northumberland for a two-day tour.
