Gateshead College are encouraging students to aim high to secure their future by pursuing their own entrepreneurial dreams.
The college is the exclusive further education partner for the Entrepreneurs' Forum, and a founder of the StartUp Britain campaign to help give advice and guidance on setting up your own business.
Gateshead College have been spreading the message that the sky's limit for young people who should aim high and pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.
The college is the further education partner of the Entrepreneurs' Forum and is aiming to become one of the UK's top entrepreneurial colleges.
It has today pledged to support more students to set up their own businesses and get into work.
The pledge was made as seven hundred balloons were released by students of the college, each one representing ten of the seven thousand unemployed 16 to 24 year olds across Tyneside.
Students were invited to step-aboard the StartUp Britain bus, where experts, mentors and entrepreneurs were on hand to offer advice and guidance.
The StartUp Britain bus tour will visit forty universities and colleges, and it is hoped that it will reach up to 10,000 young people across the country.
