X Factor finalist James Arthur thrilled hundreds of fans as he returned home to Teesside in style for his homecoming show.
The 24-year-old visited the local pub in Saltburn where he sang while struggling to make it, before going to Middlesbrough to prepare for his gig at 8pm tonight, December 4.

Hundreds lined the streets to welcome X Factor finalist James Arthur back to his hometown.
The musician from Saltburn, and his mentor Nicole Scherzinger, made their way through the seaside town on Harley Davidsons.
Around four hundred fans braved the cold to see him ahead of tonight's homecoming gig at Middlesbrough Town Hall.

Tickets became available at midday and hundreds of fans have turned out to get the chance to get their hands on the Saltburn singer's tickets.
James Arthur will be performing in Middlesbrough as he heads into the final week of the X Factor competition - with the winner being crowned this weekend.
Over the weekend, stars visiting the region to perform at Metro Radio Live tipped the performer to be this weekend's winner.
