Teenager in more stable condition after sledge accident
A teenager, who has been critically ill in hospital after a sledging accident, is now in a more stable condition.
16-year-old Liam Stafford from Middlesbrough, suffered head injuries when his sledge hit a tree, near Flatts Lane in Normanby on Sunday.
He was airlifted to the James Cook University Hospital where he remains in a critical but stable condition.

Teenager named after sledge accident
A teenager from Middlesbrough, who hit a tree while out sledging, is still critically ill in hospital.
16-year-old Liam Stafford suffered serious head injuries in the accident near Flatts Lane in Normanby yesterday afternoon.
He was airlifted to the James Cook University Hospital.
