A father of three is set to rival the likes of David Beckham and Daniel Craig after being named Britain's Best Groomed Man.
At the age of 46, Les Langley, from Darlington, was the oldest contestant to compete for the title and a year long modelling contract.
The event, run by a grooming brand, also aimed to raise awareness of cancer, which prompted Les to take part.
The bar owner lost his first wife to the disease.
He said: "I now have an amazing opportunity to promote self-checking and hopefully save a few lives along the way. I really want to do my bit to raise the awareness of male cancers."
Thousands of men entered the competition and Les beat his rivals in a public vote.
