It is exactly a year since steelmaking returned to Redcar.
The blast furnace was mothballed in 2010 with 1600 workers losing their jobs.
Since the re-lighting of the furnace 2.5 million tonnes of steel has been produced, putting hundreds of families back in work.

Steelworker Martin Haslock says a year of steelmaking has been a boost for Teesside.
He lost his job when the plant was mothballed in 2010 but came back when the blast furnace was relit.

Phil Dryden, President of SSI UK has been speaking on the first anniversary of Redcar's blast furnace being relit.
He says workers at the plant feel good about what they've achieved in a struggling global steel market.

Craig Wilson says the blast furnace being relit allowed him to follow in the same footsteps as his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He and his father both started their careers as apprentices.

Harry Wilson is the third generation of steelworkers in his family to work at the Redcar blast furnace. His two sons also got jobs there when steelmaking returned to Teesside last year.
