Seventies superstars The Osmonds have been given a warm welcome to the North East. The singers were greeted by die-hard fans ahead of a concert in Darlington. They're performing without Donny. Little Jimmy and two of his brothers are together and the tour has been a success.
The Osmonds thanked their fans for making their new show, which came to Darlington last night, a success. Jay, Jimmy and Merrill Osmond are touring the UK with American Jukebox. The brothers found fame in the 1970s - and said their fans from that time have remained loyal.
The Osmonds were greeted by a small army of female fans when they arrived to perform in Darlington on Friday. The brothers, Merrill, Jay and Jimmy first became famous in the 1970s with three more brothers, Alan, Wayne and Donny, and sister Marie - and their fans have not forgotten.
The brothers' show American Jukebox moves on to St Albans on 21st September, Richmond on 22nd, Crawley on 23rd, Basingstoke on 24th, Peterborough on 25th, Swindon on 27th, the Isle of Wight on 28th and to Bognor on 29th September.
